According to the St Lucia Times, two cruise ship passengers were attacked in Sans Souci, Castries, Saturday morning. According to information obtained by St Lucia Times from reliable sources, the two were pounced on by two young thugs after they exited Serenity Park about 10.00 a.m. The attackers tried to grab a purse from the older woman, but the women struggled and yelled.  In fact, the attention attracted by the struggle they put up caused the attackers to flee empty handed.

According to the St Lucia Times, two cruise ship passengers were attacked in Sans Souci, Castries, Saturday morning.

According to information obtained by St Lucia Times from reliable sources, the two were pounced on by two young thugs after they exited Serenity Park about 10.00 a.m.
