One of the beloved Edge Class venues got a major upgrade on Celebrity Xcel, and I couldn't be happier about the change.

By 2028, they're expected to welcome another Edge Class ship to their fleet, along with six river ships, increasing the number of operational vessels from 15 to 22.

Celebrity Cruises wants to make sure that Celebrity Xcel stands out from other Edge Class ships. 

Celebrity's newest ship is set to enter service next month as the line's fifth Edge Class ship. However, she won't be a carbon copy of the vessels that preceded her.
