The cruise ship the Crystal Endeavor, previously owned by ultra-luxury cruise line, Genting’s Crystal Cruises, will now be operated under Royal Caribbean International’s luxury Silversea brand.
SilverSea took delivery on Friday of its newest cruise ship, the Silver Moon.
The delivery was made by Fincantieri at the at the Ancona shipyard in Italy.
Silver Moon is the second of three cruise ships to be built by Fincantieri, following the Silver Muse, which was delivered in 2017. The third ship, Silver Dawn, will be delivered in 2021.
Silversea Cruises opened up bookings for its 2021 Mediterranean cruises, including a new 59-day grand voyage sailing.
Rates start at $35,000 per person on the all-suite Silver Shadow cruise ship.
Between September 8 and November 5, 2021, guests will journey deep into 45 destinations in 17 countries, aboard the recently refurbished Silver Shadow.
SilverSea's Silver Whisper departed Fort Lauderdale on January 6 on a 140-night seven-continent World Cruise.
The Legends of Cruising 2020 sailing will eventually conclude in Amsterdam, where guests will arrive on May 25 having circumnavigated the world.
