Royal Caribbean issued a lifetime ban to a man who jumped from a cruise ship in a vain effort to seek internet fame.
Nick Naydev posted a video on Instagram last week of his jump from the 11th deck of Symphony of the Seas while the ship was in Nassau, Bahamas.
Naydev survived the stunt, although he did suffer some minor discomfort from the impact into the water.
"This was stupid and reckless behavior, and he and his companions have been banned from ever sailing with us again," Royal Caribbean said in a statement sent to USA TODAY. "We are exploring legal action."
