Casey Holladay is suing Royal Caribbean for $20 million after he fell off the SkyPad on Mariner of the Seas.
According to NBC 6, Holladay said he fell off the trampoline/bungee combo during the ride and dropped about 20 feet to the ground. Holladay says he was brought back to Miami, where he underwent multiple surgeries to repair his pelvis and shoulder.
On March 12, Holladay filed suit against Royal Caribbean for negligence in relation to the incident.
Holladay has retained maritime attorney Brett Rivkind in his case against the cruise line.
