Carnival Cruises sued for offering cruises to Cuba
Carnival Corporation is being sued for doing business at properties the Cuban government seized in Cuba.
The lawsuit says Carnival is accused of touring to property confiscated by the Cuban government after the Fidel Castro-led revolution in 1959.
Jacksonville resident Javier Garcia-Bengochea and Kentucky-based Havana Docks Corp. both owned property in Cuba before it was seized. They're seeking damages from Carnival.
