Royal Caribbean kicks streamers off cruise ship for reportedly fighting and being nuisances

A group of Royal Caribbean cruisers was kicked off one of the line's biggest ships after fighting and disturbing other guests.

The downfall of an organized streamers' cruise aboard Harmony of the Seas began when two of the live streamers got into an altercation on the pool deck.

David Ryan and Dave Willis were later identified as the culprits. According to bystanders, the pair had been arguing over another streamer when things escalated into a physical fight. They began throwing punches and tackled each other to the ground.

Consequently, Ryan and Willis were kicked off the ship and left in Roatán, Honduras, on November 5, 2025.

However, the cruise hadn't been all sunshine and rainbows before the fight. During the two days leading up to the altercation after departing from Galveston, Texas, videos of the streamers began circulating on the internet, showing them being rude and disrespectful toward other guests.

Several streamers, for instance, were seen going door-to-door searching for upside-down pineapple magnets.

When they came across cabin doors with the secret swinger symbol, they knocked and filmed the entire interaction with the innocent cruiser.

Another unruly incident happened in Studio B during a game show. One of the streamers was standing to record, blocking others' views, and provoking other guests using slurs and profanity.

Not the only streamers kicked off the cruise ship

On Tuesday, November 6, five streamers were kicked off Harmony of the Seas while the Oasis Class ship was docked in Costa Maya, Mexico, with a few live-streaming the ordeal on Kick.

Their departure was supposedly met with applause as they disembarked the ship. Others shared the news on the sailing's Facebook page:

"FINALLY those annoying streamers have been kicked off our ship after harassing us, filming our children, and brutally fighting on the deck," reads a post written by Kathy Katherson.

"They will learn their lesson when they are put in Mexican jail for their nuisances. WE WON TODAY! Bye to the scum bag Ice Poseidon and his proud boys. We won!"

Ice Posedion, the content creator who organized the cruise, was one of the streamers removed from the ship, reportedly due to disruptive behavior caused by their live-streaming.

"[A woman] said, 'I didn't like the camera,' and that was it," he said in his friend's live stream as he was escorted off the pier.

"Literally, the sight of a camera will get you kicked off of the boat now."

Four other guys, who were also part of the creator's group, were seen wheeling their suitcases behind Ice Posedion.

When you're kicked off a cruise ship, it's your responsibility to arrange your transportation home.

Cruise lines typically do not provide accommodations or refunds for passengers removed for violating onboard rules, although one unruly streamer, who goes by the name Jandro, kept insisting he was going to initiate a chargeback on his credit card to get his money back.

"I'm charging everything back. Every single ticket, every single purchase, I'm charging everything back. I don't give a f---, bro," said Jandro during one of his live streams.

Not only that, but he antagonized other passengers while the ship's crew processed their passports, calling another guest, who was sitting one deck above them in the Schooner Bar, "a scum bag" and saying he looked "broke as hell."

In this case, the group decided to drive five hours to Tulum and stay overnight before presumably catching a flight out of Tulum's international airport. The other option was to take a ferry to Belize.

"Driving through the middle of nowhere seems a little sketchy...I'm not worried about the city; I'm worried about the drive," Ice Posedion added.

Even if the streamers don't fly back to the United States tomorrow, they have to leave within five days, as their visas only allow a limited stay in Mexico.

All five streamers were escorted through the Costa Maya cruise port area to a yellow van, which cost $800. They were not permitted to stop and browse through the shops or enjoy the large pool.

They left Costa Maya, Mexico, around 1:15 p.m. EST. The ship is scheduled to depart around 4:00 p.m. local time.

It's unclear whether they were issued a permanent ban from all future Royal Caribbean Group (Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, & Silversea) sailings.
