Construction of Carnival Cruise Line's newest ship, Mardi Gras, reached a new milestone with the addition of her iconic funnel.
The funnel was added last week at the Meyer Turku shipyard in Findland.
Mardi Gras will be Carnival’s largest ever cruise ship at 180,800 gross tons with a guest capacity of 5,282 at double occupancy.
The first revenue sailing of the ship will be Nov. 14, 2020.
