Carnival-Dream-Docked-Aft-Cozumel

There are numerous ways you can contact Carnival for assistance regarding your upcoming cruise. However, if you don't want to sit on hold for a Personal Vacation Planner, there are a few email addresses that can help streamline your request.

Perhaps, for example, you have certain dietary restrictions, and you want to make sure the dining room can accommodate your needs. Or maybe you're traveling with a large group and want to arrange a special event for everyone on board.

Here are five email addresses that you should know about, so your concerns are addressed before embarkation.

Special needs and dining requests

Contacting Carnival ahead of time is the best way to ensure that your specific situation is being taken care of.

[email protected] is your one-stop shop for special needs and dietary requests. They can assist with:

  • Mobility limitations
  • Accessibility questions
  • Dietary needs
  • Service dogs
  • Hearing impairments
  • Vision impairments
  • Medical care (including diabetes management, dialysis, or oxygen requirements)

You'll also want to complete the respective pre-cruise form to make sure your requests are documented before boarding the ship. You don't want to wait until the last minute, though. Some accommodations and special requests require time to arrange, such as kosher meals.

Guest Care department

Carnival's Guest Care department is a great resource for travelers post-cruise. For example, they can help answer billing or payment questions after you've disembarked (though it's best to fix any disputes beforehand!).

They can also address problems you had onboard, as well as questions about policies before embarkation. If anything, they'll quickly point you in the right direction. You don't, for instance, want to pack something prohibited because you didn't know where to find the listed of banned items.

The Guest Care department's email address is [email protected].

Arranging parties and meetings

Carnival cruises make for great multi-generational family vacations! You don't have to travel with just family, either. Tons of cruisers choose Carnival to celebrate events like bachelorettes, graduations, anniversaries, and more.

As such, you may want to take advantage of Carnival's event planning services. Carnival can help you reserve private spaces to celebrate with your travel party, arrange a seminar, or organize a meeting.

To work with Carnival to arrange your event, you'll want to contact [email protected] as soon as possible. According to the cruise line's website, all parties with a minimum of twenty guests and full deposits will be accommodated first, space permitting.

Stock shareholder benefit

If you own at least 100 shares of Carnival Corporation & plc stock, you can get extra onboard credit during your cruise, depending on the length of your sailing:

  • Sailings of 14 days or longer: $250 USD
  • Sailings of 7 to 13 days: $100
  • Sailings of 6 days or less: $50 USD

The benefit, however, isn't automatically applied to your Carnival booking. You can either download the Stockperks app or email [email protected] to claim it.

You will need your name, address, confirmation number, ship, and sailing date, as well as your shareholder proxy card or a current brokerage statement that shows proof of share ownership.

That said, if you have any issues with the Stockperk app, you'll want to reach out to [email protected].

If you're a true Carnival fan, you know that John Heald is one of the most recognized figures in the industry. He devotes hours of his time to his social media account to address cruisers' problems and concerns.

The best way to reach Heald is through his Facebook page. However, you can also email [email protected] — just make sure you include the proper email subject.

Something along the line of, "ATTENTION: JOHN HEALD" should ensure that your request is forwarded to him.
