Carnival Cruise Lines has released a virtual tour of its first new ship on the West Coast in 20 years - Carnival Panorama.
The four-minute video tour is hosted by the ship’s cruise director Emma Nixon who takes viewers on a virtual journey throughout the vessel, from the aerial attraction SkyRide and the Choose Fun-themed WaterWorks aqua park to the first-ever Sky Zone trampoline park at sea.
Particular emphasis is placed on the ship’s varied dining and beverage options, with Nixon describing the offerings at Farhenheit 555 steakhouse, the family-style Italian restaurant Cucina del Capitano, JiJi Asian Kitchen, cocktail pharmacy-themed Alchemy Bar and Bonsai Teppanyaki. Nixon also pays a visit to the brand’s first interactive culinary studio, details of which will be revealed in the near future.
Next, it’s on to the ship’s entertainment venues including Piano Bar 88, Limelight Lounge, home to the Punchliner Comedy Club, and Liquid Lounge.
Carnival Panorama is scheduled to enter service Dec. 11, 2019, with a special three-day cruise from Long Beach then launch year-round seven-day Mexican Riviera service Dec. 14, visiting top resort destinations including Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta.
