Grandeur of the Seas will stay in Royal Caribbean's fleet

Grandeur of the Seas in Curacao

Royal Caribbean announced that Grandeur of the Seas will remain in its fleet instead of being transferred to Pullmantur Cruises.

The cruise line confirmed that previous plans to transfer Grandeur out of the fleet in Spring 2021 have been cancelled, and instead, she will still be sailing with Royal Caribbean.

Pullmantur Cruises entered a form of bankruptcy in June, and subsequently scrapped most of its fleet.

Royal Caribbean did not announce where Grandeur will sail beyond her current planned sailings. As it stands now, Enchantment of the Seas is scheduled to takeover sailings from Baltimore in April 2021.

"Grandeur of the Seas will remain as a part of our Royal Caribbean International fleet," notes Royal Caribbean in a statement to travel agents. "Once we have more information, we'll be sure to share the details and look forward to many more memories to be made sailing on her!"

Grandeur's last scheduled sailing is on March 26, 2021, but Royal Caribbean said it would announce more sailings soon.
