If you're looking for a chance to save on a Celebrity Cruise, its Black Friday sale is the perfect opportunity to book everything from cruise fares to shore excursions.

From Friday, November 29 to Tuesday, December 3, guests can save up to 75% on the second guest sailing in their stateroom, plus up to an additional $800 in savings! Not only that but passengers with existing reservations can save up to 35% on shore excursions and other onboard amenities through Celebrity's Cruise Planner or by calling 1-888-751-7804

The offer is valid on sailings departing from Nov. 8, 2024, through May 10, 2027, to destinations like Europe, Alaska, the Caribbean, and even Asia. In total, you can sail to over 280 destinations in over 70 countries across all seven continents.  Note, however, that the offer is not applicable on Galapagos sailings aboard Celebrity Flora.

The Black Friday deal is valid on sailings on Celebrity's newest ship, Celebrity Xcel, debuting in Nov. 2025. The Edge Class vessel will sail from Florida through April 2026.

Itineraries will either take you to the Eastern Caribbean ports of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic; Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas; and Philipsburg, St. Maarten, or to the Bahamas and Western Caribbean, calling at places like Bimini, Bahamas; Cozumel, Mexico; and George Town, Grand Cayman.

Beginning in May, Xcel will offer 7- to 11-night cruises from Athens (Piraeus), Greece, and Barcelona, Spain. She'll return to Florida following a 16-night transatlantic cruise in October 2026.

Passengers familiar with Edge Class ships like Celebrity Ascent won't be too surprised with Celebrity Xcel. However, the cruise line is introducing seven new experiences, which have yet to be revealed. The deck plan indicates that fan favorites, including the cantilevered Magic Carpet and Sunset Bar, will be returning.

That said, we know that Xcel will be the first ship powered by a flex-fuel engine, enabling the vessel to run off three different fuel types, including methanol.

Travel agents are invaluable resources during the cruise vacation planning process. In the days leading up to Celebrity's Black Friday sale, you can speak with a trusted agent for advice on ships and itineraries. Perhaps you aren't sure whether you should stick with your tried-and-true Caribbean vacation or venture somewhere like The Last Frontier

If you've already decided where your next adventure will take you, they'll handle the booking process, sending you quotes for different cabin categories and dates, if that part is undecided. Additionally, they can help you reserve shore excursions, specialty restaurants, pre-cruise hotels, and more.
