In 2022, Norwegian launched Norwegian Prima, the namesake Prima Class ship. They had not released a new class of ship since the Breakaway Class in 2013.

My most recent cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line was a solo adventure onboard the largest ship in the fleet: Norwegian Encore. This trip was the longest amount of time that I have ever been gone while traveling completely by myself. 

I was both anxious and excited to see what cruising solo would be like.

Staying disconnected from those on land while on a cruise can be difficult! Whether you want to check in on your kids (fur babies count, too!) or need to have access to your email, one non-negotiable cruise add-on might be wi-fi. 

Norwegian Cruise Line does not give every passenger onboard unlimited wi-fi, meaning that you will have to appropriately budget the cost of an internet package into your vacation cost.
