Going on a Disney Cruise and have no idea what you should bring? 

Packing for any cruise can be intimidating since you need to anticipate all of your needs without having the safety net of being able to go to the store to pick up something you may have forgotten.

Even if you can buy something during the cruise, it may not at a good price or the same quality you get at home.

Disney is latest cruise line to require vaccinations for all guests ages 12 and up 

Disney Cruise Line has joined Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line in requiring Covid-19 vaccinations for all guests ages 12 and up.

Today’s announcement is in response to last week’s policy change by The Bahamas. The country declared that in order for a cruise ship to dock at a Bahamian port, including private islands, all guests who are 12 and older must be fully vaccinated.

Disney Cruise Line announces it will restart cruises from the United States in early August

Disney Cruise Line has announced when it will be able to restart cruises from the U.S. this year.

DCL announced the Disney Dream will sail on August 9, and offer three- and four-night cruises from Port Canaveral.

Disney postpones test cruise over Covid test results

One week after Royal Caribbean completed a successful test cruise on Freedom of the Seas, Disney Cruise Line has been forced to cancel its test cruise on Disney Dream.

The reason? “Inconsistent” Covid test results.

Disney Dream was due to depart Port Canaveral on June 29 on a simulated voyage with crew members and 300 volunteers, recruited from Disney’s employees. A test cruise is currently required by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) before cruise ships may resume sailing from U.S. ports with unvaccinated passengers. 

Disney Cruise Line announces new test cruises

Disney Cruise Line has received approval to start test cruises at the end of this month.

Thomas Mazloum, President, Disney Signature Experiences, shared an update with the news that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has given the line permission to do test cruises.

The announcement of test cruises signals that DCL will not go with the mandate of having at least 95% vaccinated passengers and 98% vaccinated crew members in order to bypass test cruises.

Disney reveals new features, restaurants and more on Disney Wish cruise ship

Disney Cruise Line has pulled back the curtain on its next new cruise ship.

Disney unveiled the new amenities, activities, and things to do on the Disney Wish, which will set sail in summer 2022.

The next new cruise ship for Disney will feature the first-ever Disney attraction at sea, a dining experience themed to "Frozen", a Marvel cinematic dining adventure, and a Star Wars experience onboard.

Disney Cruise Line teases new cruise ship design

Disney Cruise Line has something big up its sleeve to announce next week.

Disney shared an update on its Disney Wish cruise ship, which it says will "introduce a brand-new, distinctly Disney design concept unlike anything at sea."

Disney Wish is one of the three new Triton Class ships, and it will accommodate among 4,000 passengers and have 1,250 cabins onboard.

Disney Cruise Line announces new Europe, Alaska and the Caribbean sailings in 2022

Disney Cruise Line has a new line up of destinations you can visit next year.

DCL released their summer 2022 itineraries , including voyages to new destinations and favorite ports of call in the Greek Isles, Mediterranean, northern Europe, Alaska and the Caribbean.

Disney will also begin sailing for the first time from Miami in the summer.

These new itineraries will go on sale to the public on March 25, 2021.

Disney Cruise Line cancels cruises through May 31, 2021

Disney will not be able to restart cruises in April.

Disney Cruise Line announced it has cancelled its May 2021 cruises, and Disney Magic sailings through August 10.

In a statement on its website, Disney said it needs more time while it waits to get further information from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

"As we continue to refine our protocols and await further technical guidance from the CDC, we are canceling all sailings departing through May 2021."
